All documents are scanned and remain on file in this office indefinitely along with a statement of time, date, type of document received, date document sent, and the person responsible for receiving such documents.
Once documents are received we either send them via over night express, fax, or e-mail (within 1-2 hours) to an authorized person on file with us appointed to receive such legal documents.
Depending upon the client, we either printout a monthly, quarterly or yearly tabulation of all documents received so that the client may track the consistency and/or accuracy of documents received on their behalf.
