In the 1st column (PST Number) you can arrange all documents owned by you by our reference number. Each set of documents receive their own unique number. Even if you have more than one service set going to the same individual, each will have its own number. This number is used once and only once, and will never be used again.

By clicking on this column it will re-arrange in descending or double clicking will re-arrange in ascending sequential order.

In the 2nd column (Reference) you can re-arrange by your reference number should you use them.

Clicking on this column tab will place all work in sequential order.

In the 3rd column (Date Completed) is the date the documents were completed, served, cancelled or non-served.

Clicking on this tab will place all work completed or pending in sequential order of date and time completed.

In the 4th column (To Serve On) is the name of the individual or company to be served.

Clicking this tab will place all work in alphabetical order.

In the 5th column (Type of Service) is the type service done, i.e. personal, substitution, mail, etc.

Clicking on this tab will place all work in alphabetical groupings, i.e. personal, substitution, etc.

In the 6th column (Date Invoiced) is the date that completed service was invoiced.

This tab will arrange all work in real time sequential order either descending or ascending.

As for our clients that send large volume, there is a box at the top of the Job Status page that allows you several options.

You can lookup a job by your reference number or person/company to be served.

You can also lookup a case by either a reference number, plaintiff's name or defendant's name. This is done by listing last name first, first name last, i.e. Them Himself, Mr.

Clicking on the (PST Number) in a single row will bring up the case information online, i.e. 2008001161

Here you can view all field notes, case information, case caption, court date and time. In the bottom box contains your online attachments, i.e. invoice and affidavit, viewable and printable online.

The online affidavit is suitable for all Colorado courts currently allowing online filing of cases, while you wait for the original to either be hand delivered (this option is only available to large local clients) or mailed back to you . You can also request to have field notes included in your affidavits or omitted.
